Little Stars programs

Our Curriculum Here at Little Stars Early Education Centre we pride ourselves on developing professional programs to suit each individual child’s developmental needs. In our centre your child will be benefited with programs that will enhance your child’s natural curiosity and will give them the opportunity to learn, develop, and explore every aspect of the environment that surrounds them.

The programs are delivered by fully qualified and passionate educators and Supported, and enhanced by the Early Years Learning and Development Framework.

The educators at Little Stars Early Education Centre believe that all children learn best through play. While your child is playing they have opportunities to take risks, explore, question, reflect, problem solve and express themselves.

Our Educators create and maintain healthy and safe learning environments for all children which helps encourage and support your child’s learning and development.

Our programs are supported by extra curriculum activities such as gardening, cooking experiences, community and cultural celebrations throughout the year. (Melanie: Educational Leader at Little Stars EEC)

Our Kindergarten program aims for children to develop lifelong skills and the confidence to take the next step into their individual learning journey. This program (for 4 and 5 year olds) uses a play based approach that emphasises learning through exploration and investigation. The program encourages children to be creative in all areas, whether it is problem solving or the expressive arts. It also encourages lateral thinking and positive social interactions.

Our Government Funded Kindergarten provides children with the tools, confidence, and autonomy of their learning as they progress to prep. Our programs are supported through a range of incursion and excursion programs that take place throughout the year.

Our program runs within long day care hours.
